Community Eligibility Provision

Free Meals Expanding to More NPS Schools

Norman Public Schools is proud to expand its participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a federal program that allows eligible schools to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students — no application required.

During the 2024–2025 school year, more than 550,000 free meals were served across our initial 10 CEP sites. Thanks to the success of this program, we are expanding CEP to include nine additional schools for the 2025–2026 school year.

Current CEP Schools (2024–2025):

  • Adams Elementary

  • Dimensions Academy (All Grades)

  • Irving Middle School

  • Jackson Elementary

  • Jefferson Elementary

  • Kennedy Elementary

  • Lincoln Elementary

  • Madison Elementary

  • Reagan Elementary

  • Wilson Elementary

New CEP Schools (Beginning 2025–2026):

  • Alcott Middle School

  • Cleveland Elementary

  • Eisenhower Elementary

  • Lakeview Elementary

  • Longfellow Middle School

  • Monroe Elementary

  • Truman Elementary & Truman Primary

  • Washington Elementary

We are committed to supporting student health, well-being, and learning — and ensuring every child has access to nutritious meals is a key part of that mission.
